List of Agendas
Sofisis permite administrar múltiples agendas, esto es perfecto para el manejo de clínicas que administran varios profesionales.
La organización de los horarios en una clínica es todo un reto, sobre todo cuando los profesionales trabajan a tiempo parcial y solo unos cuantos días a la semana.
Se debe crear una agenda por cada doctor o personal asistencial.
Cómo se crean las agendas
- Ingrese a Agenda -> Lista de agendas
- Click en Añadir
- Llene los siguientes campos
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Person, Doctor or Professional | Who make the activities of this calendar. |
| Branch Office | The branch office where the activities will be develop. |
| Active | This determines if the calendar will show in the app. Instead of deleting the calendar, inactive if you do not use this calendar |
Advanced options
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Allow to groups | Leave blank for give permissions to all groups to this calendar. |
| Consulting room | Is the consulting room where the customer will be attended. Determine the order in which the agendas are displayed in the application |
| Public | This is for customers to separate the appointment, without your help. |
Para asignar citas en esta nueva agenda:
- Ingrese a Agenda -> Calendario
- En el buscador de calendario, seleccione la agenda correspondiente
- Registre la cita, ver más
